Yes, at time of rental you will be asked to
pay the rental fee and deposit at the same time. Upon successful completion of
the rental the product will be returned to the owner, a post inspection will
completed at which time the deposit will be released back to you.
You may rent a product for as long as the
owner is willing to rent the product out for. The rental durations will vary.

If a product is damaged and the owner is
not satisfied with the usability of the product upon return they may trigger a
dispute resolution. At which time the deposit may be held until further
consideration. The admin will review the pre inspection and post inspection
reports and determine if the deposit is to be returned completely, partially or
not at all. This process is done off the platform where the admin will contact
the parties individually to help facilitate a resolution.
